1:1 Consultation

One off payment of $599 AUD + GST

Scope of Work: 1:1 Consultation

A virtual 90 minute, one on one session with our Director, that can outline 1 – 2 key matters in your social media marketing efforts.

Prior to session, receive and complete a questionnaire to allow That Marketing Girl’s Director to understand your business, brand and range of product/services and perform any required pre-session research. In the questionnaire documentation you will also outline the 1 – 2 key matters to address in the 90 minute session.

The 90 minute session can cover 1 – 2 of the following matters:

• Content creation

• Social media strategy fundamentals

• Posting frequency/timing

• Proactive social media use

• Facebook ads strategy

Post session, receive a debrief document with key actions and recommendations and a Zoom recording. Please note that this can take up to 10 business days to receive.

Session is conducted online via Zoom.

Specific Terms and Conditions for 1:1 Consultation:

Please note that your debrief document is NOT an in-depth strategy document, rather a debrief of what has been discussed and recommendations made by TMG.

Client must complete their questionnaire form by at least five business days before our session. Failure to complete the questionnaire will compromise what we cover in session, so please make it a priority to complete it in time prior.

Session is conducted online via Zoom only.

TMG will use their best endeavours to ensure a productive session but does not guarantee any return on investment, achievement of revenue goals, sales, a certain profit margin etc through the 1:1 Consultation.

Cancellation or Rescheduling:

When you book your 1:1 Consultation, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. In order to be respectful of our time, please email Mia via mia@thatmarketinggirl.com.au as soon as you know you will not be able to make your 1:1 Consultation.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you email 7 business days in advance. 1:1 Consultations are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow others access to that appointment time.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request 5 business days notice. Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without 5 business days notice, will incur a fee of $199 + GST.

Zoom:

Important note regarding Zoom: Your 1:1 session will be hosted on Zoom. Please ensure prior to our session that you have downloaded the latest version of it.

I ask for our session that you use Zoom from your computer, not your phone or tablet.

I also ask that you download the Zoom app on your computer so we can run your session via the Desktop app, rather than the web link. This is so should we need to share your screen and do any sort of remote control, we can do so. We will not be able to do this from the Mobile app or web link.

Also on that note, once you have downloaded Zoom to your computer, please ensure in advance you have turned on all settings to allow Zoom to use your microphone and camera.

The last thing I’d want in our session is to compromise on our 90-minute time allocation by troubleshooting this with you.
