How does this service work?

It’s as simple as sending your product to us, and we capture the content for you. If you’d like to receive your product back, provide us with pre-paid return packaging.

Or, we can come to you and shoot on site instead.

What sort of videos can I expect?

Our videos will be based off what you complete in your questionnaire plus our 30 minute call. You can expect videos that reflect your brands overall vibe, vision and personality. Along with what’s currently trending [if relevant to your brand] and any other requirements you have, or best practice we would like to implement.

When will I receive the finished video content?

Once we’ve captured your product, you can expect to see your gallery within 14 business days.

Can I send you some existing video content of our team to include in the Reel creation?

Absolutely! In fact, we’d love you to. And if not, we can work just with your products – thats A-okay!
