TMG: A Year in Review
2023 WHAT A YEAR. Join us as we take a trip down memory lane – TMG Edition.
The year started out with a bang as we celebrated TMG’s 4th Birthday. Woohoo – what a milestone! It’s crazy to think this epic dream all started as a little side hustle, what feels like a lifetime ago now!
In March, we acknowledged two causes very close to our hearts. We took part in the ‘March Charge’ and told cancer where to go, accumulating 276km and raising $530 as a team for the Cancer Council. We #EmbracedEquity for International Women’s Day and celebrated the strong and powerful women that we get to partner with.
Fast forward to April where we saw some incredible team growth. We were beyond excited to welcome Emily and Leah to the squad #yeahthegirls And then there were 5 – We’ll cheers to that!
The next few months were busy with celebrations. The wonderful Tamsyn turned 21 [and of course there was cake], while Melissa marked her 3rd year with TMG.
In July we put our running shoes back on for KM’s for RUOK in support of mental health – a cause we’re all super passionate about. We accumulated 351km while raising $262 to fund invaluable support programs.
We worked tirelessly behind the scenes to bring a secret project to life. We were thrilled to announce our collaboration with the talented gals from the Mindful Creative back in August. Nikki and Lauren are a powerhouse for all things content and photography, so to say we had a blast was an understatement.
Melissa officially levelled up to ‘Account Executive’ expanding her portfolio of clients to include brands in both the organic and paid space [woohoo]. This year has really flown and the celebrations didn’t stop there, because September marked Tam’s 1 year at TMG!
The team came together to reminisce on some childhood desserts during our content shoot days, because you’re never too old for chocolate crackles. It also got one degree hotter at TMG as Emily finally got her Graduation ceremony.
We’re happy to report that we all survived another crazy BFCM period and Christmas season [thank you coffee].
Just in case you were wondering, the answer is YES. Mia did buy more plants and mantra cards, Tam did spend 85% of her time working with her puppies close by, Leah did keep us updated on ALL the celeb drama, Emily’s dogs did star in a reel that went viral and Mel did add more books to her collection.
AND THAT’S A WRAP ✌️
On that note, a MASSIVE thank you to our team, clients and community this year. We cannot thank you enough for the wonderful support and encouragement.
Have a very Merry Christmas and New Years. We’ll see you all in 2024! 👋
