    They came to us with a loyal, cult-like following and a buzzing customer base, but their Instagram ad experiments were a little… hit-and-miss.   • This client had a large, yet very inactive following. We had the challenge of re-engaging their once active audience, in addition to implementing more video content which hadn't been a focus previously. 

    We also had the challenge of taking existing video content filmed by sellers, and adapting it into relevant content. While we have not been able to film content ourselves, nor our clients, the challenge lies in taking what we have on hand, and making it relevant to current trends.

  • Leading into busiest part of the final quarter of the year, this eCommerce baby brand came to us wanting to make an impact with sales in the lead up to BFCM. Key goals:

    • Generate as many sales as possible.

    • Increase revenue and hit sale targets over the November period.

    • Increase ROAS and lower cost per purchase.

    • Launch a new offer prior to BFCM to generate pre-sale buzz.

    • Warm up audience and go hard with a second offer on Cyber Monday.

  • This client had a low average order value and were keen to maximise the volume of orders to increase revenue.

    It was also a competitive time of year for eCommerce, with many brands running ads. This means cost per purchase can climb.

  • We generated buzz and excitement with a new product arrival and implementing pre-sale in the lead up to BFCM weekend.

    The offer was designed to entice more cold traffic and convert them to a warm audience - it’s a bonus if they convert! We created awareness for new products prior to sales on BFCM.

    We took our new VERY warm audience, and come November’s BFCM, hit them hard with a consecutive and varying offers.
